MY CHILDREN WERE APART OF THIS PROGRAM AND NOT INLY THEM BUT THE REST OF THE KIDS DIS AN AWESOME JOB. I AM SO PROUD IF THEM ALL AND AM HAPPY THEY HAVE SUCH WONDERFUL PASTORS. THANKS PJ & DONNA FOR ALL THT YOU DO TO INSTILL THE WORD OF GOD INTO OUR CHILDREN.
According to Acts 20:35 “it is more blessed to give than to receive”. So this year Impact Kids at the Hill decided to give this Christmas away. We came up with 6 areas to help teach our kids about giving. We used our Christmas musical decoration budget to fund the project. We titled it “Project Give”. For each area we offered a way for involvement at home and at church. We wanted to empower our parents with a way to teach their kids that Christmas is more about others than it is about ourselves.
Here are the six areas we focused on:
- Caring for the sick – For this area we fed meals to the parents at our local Ronald McDonald House. At home kids made cards for the kids of the parents.
